Welcome all. I have an office job that requires me to sit at a computer all day. I have no qualms with this setup except for the television that continually drones into my head. I am required to keep the channel turned to 34, CNBC if you aren't in the Charlotte area, where the same three commercials, at volume 10, play over and over.
I totally understand the need for a business to make a profit, but I would definitely market myself differently. After all, I wouldn't hire any management from Lehman Brothers or marketing staff from K-Mart to bolster my company's revenues. So, why would you advertise financial advice or wealth management concepts on a channel that is primarily watched by professionals in the aforementioned industry?
Before you disagree with me, keep in mind that the former CEO of AIG probably does, too. As Brian Regan would say "That's all I'm saying..." I'm trying to get used to blogging, so please bear with me. I am heading to the Charlotte Knight’s game tonight with my uncle, so I will catch you on the flip-side.
